WHO AM I ?
For over 20 years, I have been working as a behavioural analyst and relationship mentor specialising in the personal and professional development of individuals and teams in the workplace.
I conceived and published the theory of Business Personality Audits, which suggests that the level of performance or underperformance of any organistion can be measured by the difference between the internal and external personalities it projects through the behaviour of its workforce. The closer the gap between these personalities, the greater the productivity and performance; and vice versa. Much of my work is involved in aligning and re-calibrating these personalities inside organisations.
I am engaged as a writer, facilitator, speaker, trainer, coach and mentor for a number of multinational organisations including the following:
Abbott Pharmaceutical, Bausch & Lomb, Caspian Publishing, Citrix, COLT, DMGT, EuroPCR, The FT, GlaxoSmith Kline, Group4Securicor, Jobsite, Morgan Stanley, Nokia, Novartis and Unanimis/Orange. In addition, I design and facilitate workshops, centred on experiential learning, for start-ups and small organisations, through London Metropolitan University and The University of Westminster.
I have been fortunate enough to learn my craft by working within a number of business sectors, including Industrial, Banking, Petrochemical, FMCG, Media, Telecoms, Entertainment, IT, Distribution and Dotcoms. Over 25 years, this has included 6 start-ups.
I have enjoyed the benefits of a multicultural, multinational lifestyle, living and working in Malaysia, Africa, Canada and Europe. I speak a number of languages, and I write on a range of behavioural topics for Management-Issues, Real Business, HR Magazine, The Home Business Network, The Naked Leader, The Telegraph Business Club, Jobsite and the CIPD’s Coaching at Work magazine.
