My name is Charles Helliwell and this is Business Personality Audits.

I am a workplace behavioural mentor. What does that mean ?

I improve performance in the workplace by assessing, calibrating and re-aligning the behaviour and relationships of individuals or teams. You will typically see and be able to measure improvements within 3 months of an engagement with me.

To understand the behaviour of people, you must first understand the environment in which they are working. Consequently, I start my diagnosis by embedding myself within the day-to-day operations of the organisation to gain an understanding of the commercial, operational and cultural challenges.

I use no pre-defined process or programme to re-align behaviour. Each engagement is unique to each individual or team. Their learning is experiential and their preferred and adopted style enables them to teach others in their organisation the skills they have learned and developed.

I formally engage with individuals and teams through mutual choice, often following a couple of one-to-one meetings, which are conducted Free of Charge and at no cost, other than the reimbursement of any out-of-pocket expenses, such as travel, accomodation or subsistence.

Thereafter, we will decide together whether we like and trust each other sufficiently to move forwards to a formal engagement.
