Business Development, Mentoring and Business Transformation Programmes
I have designed and delivered a programme of Behavioural and Relationship Mentoring in three distinct modules. These are:

Every successful engagement is based on establishing a foundation of mutual trust and self-belief, for which there are no formulated patterns or timescales, as each mentee progresses only at the pace which suits their individual personality.
However, typically, most engagements cover a period of 6 - 8 weeks and make provision for up to 4 one-to-one sessions of a minimum of 2 hours each.
Each mentee also has 24/7 access at any time via phone or email for the duration of the programme and at any time thereafter for as long as they may need it. I impose no time restrictions on the longevity of any relationship; they last as long as people find them helpful.
The people I work with are those who are striving to improve their personal and professional productivity.
This is NOT a training programme per say; it might be construed as a development programme on broader lines, but one which is readily adaptable and easily customised to the specific needs of each individual.
The principal is based on the theory that the most productive and effective people in organisations are those who understand themselves best, recognise the diversity of behaviour in others and have the skill (or confidence) to adapt accordingly to make the most out of both. It’s a very straightforward and simple application of that principal.
Transformational Business Clinic
The format of my clinic, which is completed in a day, is experiential and interactive and requires delegates' active participation and commitment.
The purpose of the clinic is to extract the essence of what has made business managers and executives successful in their respective fields, create some common threads between each and present these values back to them in a structure from which their staff and colleagues may learn and become more productive and successful in their own right.
This process is specifically designed to provide a value chain of self-learning to enable a healthier and productive culture by evaluating four distinct traits which include Personality, Behaviour, Attitude and Culture.
Between them, these characteristics directly impact the P & L of all organisations in each of the following areas:

Management & Leadership
Quality (ie Brand value)
Passion for Customer Excellence
I will use a range of tools, assessments, exercises and case studies to illustrate each characteristic and provide delegates with the skills required to assess, evaluate and transform their own organisations.
